My name is Katherine Harper and i teach the *Stott Pilates Method to bring you the highest quality, safest and most effective workouts (plus a good dose of fun thrown in for good measure!)
My home studio is well equipped for 1-2-1 sessions, pairs and groups of 3 (reformer and mat work). I can also offer sessions in your home or work place (mat only).
I teach many open classes across Bristol in local health clubs and leisure centres so, Pilates in Bristol can offer something for everyone....
I'm a professional dancer turned fitness instructor with 14 years of experience in practicing Pilates. As the daughter of a Pilates instructor (Trish Davies), I was lucky to be introduced to this incredible form of exercise at just 18 years of age. Pilates not only enhanced my dancing, strength & flexibility but also became a means of injury prevention, control and rehabilitation....
Having felt for myself and seen in others, just how much Pilates can affect a positive change in people's lives, I knew i wanted to continue on to teach it (alongside Zumba, dance & dog walking!). I chose to follow in my mum's footsteps and trained as a *Stott Pilates instructor (Mat and Reformer). In doing so, I hope to bring all the phenomenal advantages Pilates can offer, to as many people as possible.
