My home studio is well equipped for personal training sessions for up to 2 people. I can also offer sessions in your home or work place (mat only). Price List.

I teach many open classes across Bristol in local health clubs and leisure centres.

About Me

I'm a professional dancer turned fitness instructor with 14 years of experience in practicing Pilates. As the daughter of a Pilates instructor (Trish Davies), I was lucky to be introduced to this incredible form of exercise at just 18 years of age.
