Hello, I'm Katherine Harper - Professional dancer turned fitness instructor with 14 years of experience in practicing Pilates. As the daughter of a Pilates instructor (Trish Davies), I was lucky to be introduced to this incredible form of exercise at just 18 years of age.  Pilates not only enhanced my dancing, strength & flexibility but also became a means of injury prevention, control and rehabilitation....

 Having felt for myself and seen in others, just how much Pilates can affect a positive change in people's lives, I knew i wanted to continue on to teach it (alongside Zumba, dance & dog walking!). I chose to follow in my mum's footsteps and trained as a *Stott Pilates instructor (Mat-Plus and Reformer). In doing so, I hope to bring all the phenomenal advantages Pilates can offer, to as many people as possible. From those who've never done a days exercise before, those returning to exercise to those training for the Olympics. - PILATES CAN WORK WONDERS FOR YOU! -
